SHIPPING POLICY

BuzzMere has shipping facilities located in USA, Asia and Europe. Some items will ship out from our USA warehouse in Arizona and will arrive within 3-7 business days to most USA addresses, while for some items kindly allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. Some items or sizes/colors that are in less demand compared to others may not be in stock in our USA warehouse and will be shipped from one of our other international warehouses. This can result in the delivery time taking an extra 1-2 weeks for delivery. This includes 24-48 hours for payment processing time.

We ship internationally which allows us to pass massive savings down to our customers. By purchasing from us you are guaranteed to get QUALITY products at a LOWER COST. In order for us to pass down these great savings we have strategically built product warehouses around the globe for optimum shipping times. Customer will always be provided with tracking information upon shipment.

The months of NOVEMBER - DECEMBER are the busiest time of the year for eCommerce and online retail stores around the world. Due to this fact it is important for customers to realize that expected shipments might be delayed a few days. This is completely out of our control. Mail carriers and delivery services process and deliver over 10 million packages each of these 2 month, making it a very busy time for shipping services as well. This does not mean that all packages will be delayed, just something to keep in mind as it can happen. As soon as tracking number information it available it will be sent to the customer to track their packages. 

Once an order has been processed by us and the package is in the hands of the mail carrier / delivery service WE WILL NOT refund the customer. If a customer wants a refund after we have already processed and sent the package to the delivery service they are to follow the steps below:

  1. Customer waits for the package to be delivered to them.

2. Once the package is in the customers hands they have 5 days to contact us about wanting a refund.

3. Once in contact with us at support@buzzmere.com we will accept or deny then intent for return of the item for a full refund. Long shipping times do not get refunds.

4. Note: In order to actually get a refund, the package can not be refused from the delivery service, it MUST be accepted. Once accepted you are to contact us and let us know of your intent to return. We will reach back out to you and provide you with a return address.

PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY, IT WILL NOT MAKE ITS WAY TO OUR MAILING ADDRESS AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OF ANY KIND!

5. Customer MUST pay for shipping return to the address provided upon our reply to your refund intent. We DO NOT pay for shipping when a customer wants to return an item due to long shipping times, customer order the wrong item, etc as well as when a customer decides he/she does not want the item anymore. Once you are provided with a tracking number you can only be refunded for the item cost, not the shipping.

(Example: You drive to Walmart and buy a pair of socks. You get home and realize you don't want them anymore. You drive back to Walmart and return the socks for a refund. Walmart will not refund you the gas money it took to drive there.)
